Payment

 

The price for products follows Maison Belles Denmark ApS's current price list at the time when Maison Belle Denmark ApS confirms the customer's order, unless the parties have agreed otherwise in writing. All prices are exclusive VAT. 

The customer must pay all invoices for products no later than the agreed payment terms, unless the parties have agreed otherwise in writing.

If the customer fails to pay an invoice for products on time for reasons for which Maison Belle Denmark ApS is not responsible, Maison Belle Denmark ApS is

entitled to interest on the amount due of 1% per. month from due date and until payment is made.

If the customer fails to pay an overdue invoice for products within 14 days after receiving a written demand for payment from Maison Belle Denmark ApS, Maison Belle also has the right to cancel future deliveries in addition to interest.

Maison Belle Denmark ApS's own website uses encryption with SSL protocol.

 

 

Delivery

 

We send the order within 1-5 working days unless otherwise agreed.

 

Maison Belle Denmark ApS primarily ships goods with the following: GLS, DSV and PostNord

 

Shipping is calculated based on distance to recipient.

 

All prices are ex works.

Shipping is paid by the customer from Maison Belle Denmark ApS warehouse in Greve to the customer's delivery address, unless otherwise agreed. Maison Belle Denmark ApS determines the shipping price if Maison Belle Denmark ApS orders the shipping.

 

 

Right of complaint

 

There is a 1-year right to make a complaint about products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right of complaint applies to all defects in the products. 

    If the customer discovers an error or defect in the warranty period that the customer wishes to invoke, it must be notified immediately in writing to Maison Belle Denmark ApS. If an error or defect that the customer discovers or should have discovered is not immediately notified in writing to Maison Belle, it cannot be claimed later. The customer must provide Maison Belle Denmark ApS with all the information requested in connection with a complaint, otherwise it can be rejected.

     

    Complaint regarding defective situation must be reported to Maison Belle Denmark ApS within a reasonable time after receipt. Here, max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We reimburse reasonable shipping costs. Maison Belle Denmark ApS must approve shipping costs in connection with a possible complaint.

     

    The complaint is waived by incorrect or unusual use of the product.

     

    Maison Belle Denmark ApS covers the return costs by prior agreement.
